“IF AMERICA FAILS?: The Coming Tyranny,” is a discussion group exploring themes presented by “The Handmaid’s Tale” Hulu Series, an adaptation of the book, The Handmaid's Tale, by Margaret Atwood. Co-hosted by Janice Graham and L. Michelle Odom, “If America Fails?” is a production of TruthWorks Network. Our Black Voice Collaborative examines a fictional story to explore the real potential of the U.S. as a failed state. We consider ways in which our country may be marching full speed ahead into a dystopian world of fascist totalitarianism, from a Black perspective—and warns, the time to fight fascism is NOW!
